What inspires me?
It's going to sound cliché, but life. I've had anxiety issues most of my life at this point, so it's very easy for me to imagine doomsday scenarios. No Future/No Fear is basically me exorcising all my fear of the unknown regarding the future. Music is also a big part of what I make; the title even comes from mishearing the lyrics to a Sex Pistols song. The punk DNA is pretty strong in this book; it's a combination of 80s black-and-white self-published comics like TMNT or Love and Rocket, and the "we'll just do it ourselves" attitude of garage rock. So those are the jumping-off points for this comic: generalized anxiety and music!
