Editor's Note Summer 2026
We are thankful and proud to be associated with great arts organizations and museums in Michiana.
The museums and organizations help keep our pages filled with art and ideas. They also help to fuel our financial tanks. We are grateful for their partnership. If you enjoy seeing the art in the pages of PAN-O-PLY, you will enjoy stopping at one of the museums or art centers listed in the magazine: Chesterton Art Center, The Lubeznik, and the Midwest Museum of Art. We also encourage you to visit the Wildrose Moon and see a great concert.
This spring, PAN-O-PLY attended two great events. The Raclin Murphy Museum of Art invited us to Jobs at Art Museums (JAM). We met with High School students considering careers in the arts. We were able to show artists from our community, share magazines and talk about earning money as an artist. The energy of the young artists was inspiring.
We set up a booth at Zine Fest held at the Lang Lab in South Bend. Zine Fest is in its second year.
Forty Zine Creators from the Michiana, Michigan, Chicago, Indianapolis, and Saint Louis displayed their unique creations of art and writing. We connected with many new readers and met many of our loyal readers. I am always amazed and humbled to hear the stories about how our readers find PAN-O-PLY, and what inspires them.
At both events, we had our doodle book out and had a great time collecting doodles.
We thank you for reading PAN-O-PLY.
